Registration Information: What to Expect

Print out a registration form and fax it to us at 612-861-9032 or bring it in person. Click on the link below to view the registration form.
For the first day of class:
The contract must be filled out completely and signed by parent or legal guardian.

" Parent or legal guardian signature (if applicable)
First installment for the teen package is due on or before the first day you attend classroom.
For behind the wheel only - adults with permit or teens who have completed classroom elswhere:
The contract must be filled out completely.

" Parent or legal guardian signature (for teen 17 or under only)
" Proof of classroom taken elswhere (teens 17 or under only)
Full or partial payment is due before a driving lesson is scheduled .
We accept cash, check or these credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover.
Teens are required to have 1 schedule BTW session within 60 days of receiving their driver's permit.
If you are unable to attend your BTW session, we need 24 hours notice. If you fail to do so you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee to be paid before your lesson is rescheduled. If you do not show up for an appointment, do not have your instruction permit, or your permit has expired at the time of your lesson, You can not go on that lesson and you will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.
